About these terms

These terms apply to your use of offshorecompass.com, which is operated by RTG Global Sourcing Limited ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information only

Offshore Compass provides general research on minimum wages, employer costs, holidays, connectivity and setup basics for offshore hubs. It isn't legal, tax, payroll, immigration or financial advice and doesn't take your circumstances into account. Confirm rates and requirements with the official source or a qualified local adviser before you hire, pay or set up anything.

No client or employment relationship

Using the site, using the calculator or emailing us doesn't create a client, advisory, agency or employment relationship. We aren't an employer of record, PEO, payroll provider, staffing agency or law firm, and we don't employ or engage workers on your behalf. If we ever offer a paid service, separate written terms will apply to it and will govern that service.

Accuracy and no warranty

We research our pages, date them and cite sources where we can, but rules, rates and provider terms change, and information may be incomplete or out of date. Always check the official source before you rely on it. The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Affiliate links and referral fees

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you sign up with a provider through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never change our data, rankings or field notes, and nobody pays for placement. See our affiliate disclosure for details.

Third-party links

We link to official sources and third-party websites for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices. A link isn't an endorsement. Their own terms apply once you leave our site.

Calculators and estimates

Cost estimates and calculator results are illustrative only, based on the published rates we track and the inputs you give. Actual employer costs depend on contracts, benefits, local rules and provider fees.

Submissions

If you submit a vendor listing or pay data, you confirm it's accurate and that you're allowed to share it. We may edit, aggregate, decline or remove submissions, and we publish pay data only in aggregate.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, try to disrupt it or get unauthorized access to it, scrape it in bulk, or use its content for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

Site content, design and data compilations are © 2026 Offshore Compass, except third-party material such as photos, logos and quoted sources, which belong to their owners. You're welcome to link to our pages and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Please don't republish whole pages or datasets without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or any linked site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update the site and these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with a new date. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
