EOR coverage
An Employer of Record (EOR) is a company that legally employs staff on your behalf in a country where you have no entity. It runs payroll, withholds taxes, pays statutory contributions and issues compliant contracts, while you direct the day-to-day work and pay a monthly service fee per employee.
EOR is usually fastest for a first few hires or for testing a market. A local entity tends to make more sense once a team grows, when you need direct control of contracts, benefits and IP, or when per-head fees exceed the cost of running your own entity and payroll. Many teams start with an EOR and move to their own entity later.
