The Philippines is one of the easiest places to hire offshore, but employing people directly means a local company, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR filings and 13th-month pay. An EOR handles all of that for a monthly fee per person. Here are six providers that list the Philippines, with starting prices from their own websites.

Who each is best for

  • Lowest listed fee: Skuad, from $199/mo with a 12-month commitment.
  • Mid-priced with annual billing: Multiplier, from $459/mo.
  • Big all-in-one platforms: Deel or Remote, both from $599/mo. Remote is cheaper for contractors; Deel lists more countries.
  • Already on Rippling for US HR and payroll: ask Rippling for an EOR quote so everything stays in one system.
  • Want hands-on HR help: Oyster, from $699/mo, also sells hourly HR advisory.

Budget tip: the EOR fee sits on top of salary, employer contributions and 13th-month pay. See the Manila, Cebu and Davao pages for minimum wages and employer costs, or the Philippines country guide.

Operator's note

EOR or your own entity?

We set up teams in the Philippines under several structures over the years: a branch office, a regional headquarters, and local corporations. Each took months of registrations, and after that came monthly payroll, contributions, holiday pay rules and 13th-month pay to get right. An EOR wasn't how we started, but for a company making its first few Philippine hires it's usually the faster, lower-risk route. If you later grow to a stable team and want your own office and full control, that's when your own entity starts to pay off.
